This Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes we have picked from our best plots. Only the Cœur de Cuvée is used to make this Champagne (the highest quality juice obtained after pressing the grapes).

Blend:

100% Chardonnay 
exclusively made from “coeurs” de cuvées (‘The cuvée’s heart’, i.e. the first 10 hectolitres of juice pressed))

Dosage: 5 g sugar/litre
