92 % Chardonnay
8 % Pinot Noir
The Pinot Noir grapes in this wine are macerated traditionally, and thus contribute a gorgeous pink colour to the wine’s robe through blending with white Chardonnay grapes.

Dosage: 5 g sugar/litre
