2014 was a very technical and delicate year in Champagne; like everywhere else in France, the summer of 2014 was cold and wet. The turnaround on August 15 and the Indian summer brought a great ripeness to the Pinots Noirs and Meuniers, worthy of a Vintage!
Pairing: this cuvée is the epitome of the perfect aperitif. Enjoy it on its own, without any accompaniment.
