The 2017 vintage was marked by capricious weather, with hail, heavy rains, and significant pressure from botrytis. Yields were variable, making the rigorous selection of our Pinot Noirs and Meuniers at harvest decisive. This cuvée is distinguished by its pale golden color, suppleness, freshness, and a roundness expressed through ripe, fruity notes.
Pairing: this cuvée is the epitome of the perfect aperitif. Enjoy it on its own, without any accompaniment.

50 % Pinot Noir
50 % Pinot Meunier
